How quickly are orders processed and fulfilled? 

We can facilitate bulk orders with a 3-7 day lead time after confirmed payment.

What is the return policy? ​

All items (with the exception of medical machines i.e: ventilators, respirators, etc.) are NON-REFUNDABLE due to safety and hygienic precautions.

What are the standards of PPE items? 

​

- All PPE and supplies meet US standards. 

 

- Respiratory protective device FFP2 EN 149 (CE Cat. 3) or comparable to "N95", "KN95", P2, Korea 1st Class, DS (Japan) or equivalent standards

- "FFP3" according to EN 149:2001+A1 CE Cat. 3 or equivalent standards

- AAMI PB70 all levels acceptable or equivalent standards

Is there a wholesale minimum? ​

We supply ultra-high volume bulk orders. We are not a retail space. We have fulfilled orders in volumes of 1 million+. While we do not have a minimum order amount, please keep in mind that this is for high volume bulk orders. ​
